We are looking ahead to another round of our Mentoring Program and we would like to add another member, ideally with Mentor Pod experience, to the FeMS Mentorship Committee to help coordinate and facilitate this program.

The responsibilities/expectations of being a member of the Mentorship Committee may include:

• participating in monthly virtual meetings with the mentorship committee
• coordinating with other mentorship committee members
• assigning/assisting in assigning mentors/mentees to pods
• delivering training to Pod Coordinators and Mentors
• organizing interest group meetings
