Please check back soon for information about upcoming OTS Cohorts!
The fact remains that most senior leadership positions (CEOs, deans, directors) are held by men. What does it take for women to embark on these kinds of positions, and to ensure their continued success?
The FeMS+ “Out of the Shadows” is our premiere Leadership Development program for women and those who identify as women in mid- to senior-level positions who wish to advance their career. This program aims to provide opportunities for personal and professional development, with the overarching strategy to increase the number of women in senior leadership positions. We are teaming up with well-known companies globally, to organize events for a select number of candidates.
Do you wish to step out of the shadows and explore what else is in your realm of possibilities and opportunities? If yes, then you are invited to apply for one of our “Out of the Shadows” events!
Companies are invited to partner with FeMS+ on future “Out of the Shadows” leadership events. Please contact the FeMS+ Leadership Development Committee for more information.
